360 degree assessments – are they a gift or a curse?

Many development initiatives fall short of providing targeted development opportunities for individuals due to the absence of a clear understanding of exactly where to start and why.

Most include a strong skill building component which is obviously essential but neglect devoting time uncovering blind spots which 360 degree assessments can help identify. Done well they can provide great insights and development opportunities for future success in a role. Done poorly, you can create issues and challenges that may actually lead to a person ultimately regressing.

Andrew Stone & Sandra Foggiato (Principal Consultants at PeopleScape) will share the PeopleScape approach to development and sustained long term behaviour change and our approach to 360 degree assessments that can help to specifically target critical behaviours for development.

We have invited Jess Snow to share her insights, experiences and personal views on using a 360 degree process to change behaviours that help drive business success.  Jess is the Learning and Organisational Development Manager at Simplot.

We have deliberately limited the size of the breakfast invitation list to facilitate a constructive and robust conversation.  We will invite you to share your thoughts on what you have done to develop your employees and what some of the barriers to successful behaviour change have been for you.
