Sydney - 9 May. - 9 May. 2019:
Finding the Sweet Spot between Performance and Wellbeing

We all know we perform better when we look after ourselves. Whilst it can be easy to lose this perspective with so many competing priorities, focusing on wellbeing is crucial to the success of any leader. You’re unable to lead well if you are not well yourself.

For this lunchtime event, we will explore the why, what and how of successful wellbeing interventions for leaders in organisations. We will discuss the benefits of looking after one’s own health and wellbeing to better manage performance at both an individual and organisational level.

We are partnering with Eek & Sense Wellbeing expert Karen Gillespie who will showcase the Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey (GLWS), a uniquely holistic, evidence-based tool that delivers deep insights into what shapes and sustains a leader’s success – at work and at home.

As an exclusive offer, we are delighted to offer one complimentary GLWS assessment and feedback session for each event attendee. Further details and booking information will be provided at the event.

During the event, we will draw on research data from 1,600 leaders and discuss what drives wellbeing for leaders and their teams. We will discuss how you can move beyond “band-aid” wellbeing programmes, as the research shows us that high performance requires targeted wellbeing strategy and interventions. Our speakers will share personal insights using the GLWS tool as well as 360-degree feedback from the PeopleScape “Leading for Performance and Wellbeing Survey ™” and sustainable positive behaviour change programmes.

We have deliberately limited the size of this lunchtime event to facilitate a constructive conversation and invite you to share your thoughts and experiences.

Please register your interest in attending this breakfast and a PeopleScape representative will be in contact to confirm your attendance.
