Hayden started his career working in the areas of sport psychology, drug and alcohol counselling, mental illness and general counselling, building a strong foundation in key psychology principles and practices. Hayden went on to develop extensive organisational experience through senior roles in HR, O.D and Business Operations within large national and multinational companies before moving into consulting as an Organisational Psychologist.

Victoria previously worked as an Intake Consultant for a national network of counsellors and psychologists, which is where her passion for promoting and supporting Mental Health and Wellbeing began. This then translated into the organisational space when Victoria completed her fourth year thesis on the relationship between job demands and employee burnout, which drives her motivation for improving productivity and empowering employees through leadership development, psychometric assessment and training programs.

She has commanded at every rank and in 2013 was appointed as the first female Commandant of the Royal Military College, Australia. Throughout her time in the military she relished her leadership and mentoring roles, especially those involving her time in interagency and international teams.

Di holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of New England, a Master of Applied Science from the University of Western Sydney, a Master of Defence Studies from the University of Canberra, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland and a Master of Science from the National Defence University in the USA.

Before establishing Directioneering Queensland in 2005, Greg’s earlier career appointments included State Director for Right Management Consultants, Deputy General Manager of Qld Confederation of industry and State Industrial Relations Manager for Woolworths.

Greg is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Associate, Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia and a graduate of Stanford University’s Executive Program for Growing Companies.

A strategic thinker and effective communicator, Kerry has over 20 years’ experience in Industrial Relations and Human Resources and has complemented this with approximately 10 years in Career Transition and Coaching. During this time, she has liaised with clients across a wide range of industries and provided career transition advice and coaching support to Senior Executives, Line Management and general employees (both white and blue collar individuals).

23 years’ Board experience (most recently as the Chairman of a National Health Insurer)  complements Kerry’s human resource & industrial relations background by allowing her to bring to the table a clear understanding of the drivers of business, good corporate governance principles and risk management.

Kerry is a Graduate and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a graduate of a 10 week Executive program at Harvard University sponsored by the JFK School of Government, The Graduate School of Education and the Law School of Harvard University.
