After experiencing strong growth in major Australian markets with many top private, public and government organisations, an opportunity has arisen to expand beyond our shores.
We are delighted to announce that Vicky Teague and Kevin Walls have joined the team as Directors of our new office in Auckland, New Zealand. Having both had extensive national and international experience in OD consulting, Leadership Coaching and Career Transition we are excited to welcome them to the team and look forward to their contribution to us and our clients.
Vicky has extensive experience providing organisational development and human resource solutions for a diverese range of public and private sector organisations across several industries. Vicky believes the success of a business is enhanced through maximising the potential of its people and by aligning values, strategies and behaviours that result in high engagement and performance.
She is an astute problem solver and skilled facilitator who quickly establishes rapport and uses her analytical and objective approach to truly understand your organisaton. Vicky then focusses on developing targeted solutions which are both pragmatic and based on proven methodologies to drive sustainable results. Her particualr areas of expertise include career management and transition, change management, leadership development, team building and coaching.
Vicky holds a M.A. (1st class Hons) in Organisational Psychology & Education, and is licenced to use a range of tools which she selectively utilises to inform and enhance personal insights for clients.
Kevin is an Organisational Development and Career Strategy Specialist. He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in working with organisations to align capability with business strategy and supporting individuals to develop their careers, effectively navigating organisational and personal change.
As a Director of PeopleScape, Kevin acts as a Coach/Team Facilitator to positively challenge and support organisations to be ready for the future by working with leaders and teams to understand individual differences and areas for development. Kevin’s previous clients value the holistic approach that he brings to facilitating the development of individuals and teams and how he builds openness, trust and respect towards each other, so that they can achieve organisational and career success.
Kevin’s early career in the UK was as a Managing Consultant and Director of Professional Practice for a Global consulting firm before coming to New Zealand in 2007 as a Principal Consultant.
