Hayden started his career working in the areas of sport psychology, drug and alcohol counselling, mental illness and general counselling, building a strong foundation in key psychology principles and practices. Hayden went on to develop extensive organisational experience through senior roles in HR, O.D and Business Operations within large national and multinational companies before moving into consulting as an Organisational Psychologist.

Victoria previously worked as an Intake Consultant for a national network of counsellors and psychologists, which is where her passion for promoting and supporting Mental Health and Wellbeing began. This then translated into the organisational space when Victoria completed her fourth year thesis on the relationship between job demands and employee burnout, which drives her motivation for improving productivity and empowering employees through leadership development, psychometric assessment and training programs.

Di is PeopleScape’s Special Advisor based in Canberra. Following on from her 33 years’ service in the Australian Defence Force Di has a deep knowledge of leadership, logistics, training and operations, and is keen to work with PeopleScape to foster the environment in which future leaders can prosper in their chosen field.

Commencing her military career as a Logistics Officer, Di was promoted through to the rank of Brigadier and served overseas on deployment on three occasions. She has commanded at every rank and in 2013 was appointed as the first female Commandant of the Royal Military College, Australia. Throughout her time in the military she relished her leadership and mentoring roles, especially those involving her time in interagency and international teams.

Di holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of New England, a Master of Applied Science from the University of Western Sydney, a Master of Defence Studies from the University of Canberra, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland and a Master of Science from the National Defence University in the USA.

In 2003 Di was appointed a member of the Order of Australia, and was subsequently awarded the Conspicuous Service Cross for her service in Joint Operations Command in 2012 and a Commendation for Distinguished Service in 2014 for her time in the Middle East.

Di is PeopleScape’s Special Advisor based in Canberra. Following on from her 33 years’ service in the Australian Defence Force Di has a deep knowledge of leadership, logistics, training and operations, and is keen to work with PeopleScape to foster the environment in which future leaders can prosper in their chosen field.

Commencing her military career as a Logistics Officer, Di was promoted through to the rank of Brigadier and served overseas on deployment on three occasions. She has commanded at every rank and in 2013 was appointed as the first female Commandant of the Royal Military College, Australia. Throughout her time in the military she relished her leadership and mentoring roles, especially those involving her time in interagency and international teams.

Di holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of New England, a Master of Applied Science from the University of Western Sydney, a Master of Defence Studies from the University of Canberra, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland and a Master of Science from the National Defence University in the USA.

In 2003 Di was appointed a member of the Order of Australia, and was subsequently awarded the Conspicuous Service Cross for her service in Joint Operations Command in 2012 and a Commendation for Distinguished Service in 2014 for her time in the Middle East.

Molly is PeopleScape’s Canberra based Associate Director. A native of Canberra, Molly has resettled back in Australia having lived and worked in various locations around Australia, and overseas in the United States and most recently Asia.

Across a diverse career to date, Molly has been instrumental in establishing and providing HR management services such as coaching, leadership development, career management and transition and recruitment into markets in Australia in Canberra and Newcastle and in the USA.

Molly has worked at a senior level with a broad range of organisations across sectors including: aviation and defence industry, mining and manufacturing, retail, banking energy and professional services. Molly is now managing PeopleScape’s Canberra presence with a focus on government, defence and private sectors.
