Jason initially started his career as a police officer with the Victoria Police Force performing both operational and non-operational roles that included training and development, event management, and diploma instructional design.  He also acted as a liaison representing the police on inter-governmental panels. He then moved to the corporate landscape where he took on a range of consulting, senior management and executive roles within large national and international companies.

She has extensive experience in an administrative capacity specialising in customer service, project management and event management roles.

Starting her career as an exhibition manager at System Built Exhibitions, Amy managed a number of large exhibition builds including the Canberra Home Show, Summernats and the Ski Industry National Trade Show. Following this position Amy has worked across a number of industries such as Event Management, Education and Security. Amy is an active member of the Melbourne City-Southbank Lions Club where has held a number of executive positions.

Sue is an Organisational Development Specialist with extensive senior level business management and consulting experience. She has a passion for working with talented businesses on strategy and performance as well as providing coaching for senior executives.  Sue currently sits on the advisory board of a privately held executive search company.

Prior to this she served as Strategy & Operations Director of Korn/Ferry Australia and Managing Director (Australia) at Futurestep. Sue was instrumental in helping Futurestep become a market leader and was part of APAC leadership team. Prior to joining Futurestep, Sue worked in a variety of consulting and operational roles with a major Australian human resource consultancy.

Stuart is an Organisational Development specialist with extensive experience across a broad range of sectors and geographies including the professional services, manufacturing, health and FMCG sectors.  This diversity of experience enables Stuart to bring an extensive range of skills and experiences to effectively consult to a range of businesses and to assist in the coaching and development of staff at all levels of an organisation.

Stuart commenced his career as an accountant with Carlton & United Breweries having completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne. This combined with his extensive senior level HR experience gives him a unique combination of both the financial and people related aspects of how an organisation operates.
